Payment Terms

PayPal and credit card payment is preferred. If payment is received by a cheque that is not certified, we will hold the product for shipping until the cheque clears the bank. Credit upon prior approval only (wholesale customers only with an established relationship).


In the absence of specific instructions, orders will be shipped by Canada Post.


All sales are considered final. A claim for damage or lost goods must be made within 48 hours. All orders are double checked before shipping. Please thoroughly check shipments upon arrival. When you have signed for a certain number of items or packages it is final and you cannot claim for any short shipments.


Call or e-mail for returned merchandise authorization. Returns are subject to approval. Deloresart will not authorize these returns...

  • Damage caused by freight carrier. These claims must be made by customer to carrier.

  • Damage caused by the customer through improper handling, display or storage.

  • Merchandise with irregularities inherent in handcrafted products.

All costs incurred and a 20% re-stocking charge will apply. No credits will be issued for returns until the merchandise is received in the Deloresart warehouse. Contact us with the information regarding returns or exchanges:

Refunds occur once the products are received and processed. We will refund or credit the value of merchandise you return, plus tax and minus applicable return charge of 20%.

Online Shopping

A copy of your order will be e-mailed to Deloresart where it will be verified. When you place an order on the web site, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
The first will come within hours of your order to confirm that we have received it. Any questions which have arisen (for example: color variations, finish, etc.) will be sorted out at this time. You will receive an order #. Please quote this number whenever you are contacting us about the order.
The second confirmation will come within 48 hours and outlines in detail the purchase, description, discounts, tax (if in Canada) and shipping applied to your order. This second confirmation also alerts you to the amount of time it will take to deliver your hand-made items if they are not currently stocked.
Note: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order prior to shipping.


All artwork sold by Deloresart.ca is guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition, and is also guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 30 days. Keep out of direct sun and damp areas like bathrooms.

We limit the information we collect from you to the minimum necessary to provide outstanding service.


Deloresart.ca promises to deliver authentic, certified and high quality products using reliable shipping and to provide exceptional customer service.
We ask that returned products be in "like-new" condition with the original packaging and materials within 60 days.

Shipping Information

As soon as your order is received and credit card/money order/certified cheque is processed your item(s) will be carefully packaged and sent.
Due to the hand crafting of item(s), please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. You will be advised as to the approximate number of days when we e-mail you a confirmation.
Customers shall be responsible for any payments of duties or tariffs in their country of destination.
